Safety Training
Every ride opens with a walkthrough from Ollie — how the bike works, the rules where you are standing, and what to do if something goes wrong. Ride it well, inside the bounds and parked properly, and the achievements follow.
Crash Detection
The app notices a hard stop or a fall, checks in with the rider, and alerts the operator if nobody answers.
Ride Planning
Pick a distance, a theme or an amount of time and get a route back that fits, with the stops worth making along it.

Premium Phone Mounts

Download the Cykel app
Free on iOS and Android. Setting up takes a minute, and you can browse every experience in your city before you ride anywhere.

Rent from an operator
Visit any Cykel rental operator and pick your bike or scooter. They hand you the vehicle along with a Cykel access card.

Redeem your access card
Enter the card in the app and every experience in the city unlocks for a full 24 hours — one pass, no per-route charges.

Mount up and ride
Choose a route and set off. Turn-by-turn navigation, audio stories and challenges play as you go, and the ride saves to your history.
