As good as eBikes are, they can be made to be better, as they often miss a range of features that should be standardized.
Our vison is to create the first eco-system of products made up from hardware, software and services designed specifically for eBikes, giving the user the ultimate riding experience. We call this the CYKEL UX (user experience).
We believe supporting riders through each step of their eBike's life cycle, will give riders more confidence in using their eBikes for everyday use and not just for recreation.

For that reason, we are looking for likeminded companies to partner with us to help build this new eBike user experience. We are looking for the following companies to support our vision:
eBike retailers support our vision by allowing potential customers to try out our products and user experience. In turn, we are able to add additional features to the eBikes they sell and support their customers service efforts through innovative software and connected services.
Working alongside smart accessory manufacturers allows us to bridge their products to the user via our hardware. By doing so we can add more capabilities to each accessory and give the rider a seamless experience that doesn’t slow them down.
Customer service and support can range in needs and effectiveness depending on the scenario. During the rapid expansion of the eBike market there has been a disconnect when it comes to effective support. Our goal is to improve this by working with maintenance & service providers, offering riders the best method of support when it is most needed.
